Hi, I'm Silvia Tamayo, a Mexican-American with a passion for creating flavorful delights. Growing up in the small town of Degollado, Jalisco, I developed a love for spicy and tangy foods, influenced by the diverse ingredients and flavors around me.
Upon moving to the United States, I faced challenges in finding similar ingredients, prompting me to experiment and recreate the tastes of home. My journey led to the creation of chamoy, a delicious addition to fruit dishes and candies.
